INFORMATION: Originally he was a good but not a very determined fighter. He still doesn't enjoy fighting all that much at this point in time, but he will if it comes down to it. Usually, the only voice of reason, Leoc always has to stop people in the Dermian Defenders to stop fighting each other.
He is the head scientist for the Dermian Defenders and has made great technological improvements in the effort against the human "Soldiers," and the Triple E's. He has built a ship capable of going at the speed of light and the Dermian Defenders have visited many planets, including Sting Ray's destroyed home world.
When a stowaway came to the Dermian Defenders for help after being beaten nearly to death by Vark, Leoc took it upon himself to help the guy get better. Three nights after the man got there, however, Vark showed up to finish the job he started. The end result led Leoc to lose the left side of his face and his right arm.
That didn't stop Leoc, though. It just made him more determined to become a fighter. What he first did though, was establish a way to make his missing half of his face and his missing arm complete. He replaced them with metallic versions of them, turning him into a kind of cyborg. After that, Leoc got to training and hopes that one day all the fighting will stop.
